Yesterday Nico had one of his many firsts. Nico's first restaurant. We bundled Nico up and piled into the car in order to go stock up on diapers and formula, and while we were out we decided that the Olive Garden would be a good first restaurant for him. He was well behaved and even got hungry and ate while we were there just like everyone else. Of course, Nico also got lots of attention from on lookers (I am pretty sure that is because he just happens to be the cutest baby ever).
Today Nico and I had to say good-bye to Gigi temporarily. It was time for her to get back to Houston and her own life. We really appreciate all the time she spent here and the wonderful help that she was to us. As a new mommy, I learned quite a bit and have much more confidence now than I did two weeks ago. While we are sad to see her go, on the bright side of things, Gigi will be back next week to celebrate Nico's first Christmas. Thanks again Gigi, we love you!
