More Christmas Cheer

We were blessed to have celebrated more of baby's first Christmases! Nico's Gigi and Dan came to visit on Christmas Eve and stayed for a couple of days. Additionally, Uncle Jason and Aunt Kaori came over to celebrate with us. Nico received some nice presents from everyone, to include a roomy and colorful toy box as well as some musical toys since Nico enjoys listening to music.



Daddy decided to start a tradition with our little guy. Every Christmas we are going to give Nico a car. This year Nico got a small toy car, a Dodge Charger to be exact. As he gets older Nico will receive a type of car that will be age appropriate, such as a remote control car, a model car, or an actual motorized car that he can drive at the age of 16.


As well as enjoying his new toys, Nico had the opportunity to try some of the gifts we had received at the showers, such as his Bumbo chair and his Boppy play gym. Of course, Mommy was right there to snap more pictures!



More news...Nico's umbilical cord finally came off the other day; actually Ed had to snip it off because it was attached with a stitch! So we were able to take a "real" bath! Although Nico was not quite sure what was going on, he was a good sport and had an overall good demeanor.
