New Happenings

Christmas came early this year in our household. Since Nico's big brother and sister are leaving on Christmas Eve for two weeks to go visit family, we decided to have our immediate family Christmas. Both big kids were nicely surprised with their big presents and Nico even had a present under the tree waiting for him. Amber, his big sis, bought him his first present! Of course he can't really enjoy the toy yet, I am sure it won't be long until he is able to take a wack at that baseball.




Other good news is that Nico had his second checkup at the pediatrician's office yesterday. He gained over a pound in just two weeks, is the same length from birth and is a healthy, growing, little boy! Additionally, the Bears and the Packers played on Monday night football this week, and Nico is continuing to be a good luck charm for his daddy's hometown team. Chicago beat their long their time rivals and Mommy was able to snap a couple cute pictures of Nico in his Bears pajamas.
